No two days are the same, and I really enjoy that variety. I also love being able to learn from people with completely different areas of expertise.

At school I always enjoyed creative subjects such as art as well as the sciences. This career lets me work across these interests and keep learning new things all the time.

Have you faced any challenges in progressing your career so far?

Working as a freelancer can be challenging, especially at the beginning when you’re trying to a build sustainable career. Over time, I’ve been able to develop a steady mix of projects, which means I can move between different kinds of work. That variety keeps things exciting and gives me the flexibility I enjoy.

I have an MA from ‘Art, Space + Nature’ at the University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Norwich University of the Arts.
